Beneficial use impairments in the Waukegan Harbor Area of Concern (AOC) are listed below along with target goals, which have been slightly modified and updated from their original form in the Waukegan Harbor Stage III Remedial Action Plan.  These goals are not the final delisting targets.  The Waukegan Harbor CAG and partner agencies, organizations, companies and officials are beginning efforts to refine the existing goals and create numerical delisting targets for beneficial use impairments in the Waukegan Harbor AOC.
